I'm Terrence Mewborn, founder of Help and Handy. I've been doing this work in New York City since 2018 — furniture assembly, TV and screen mounting, window treatment installation, and general labor — in walk-ups, prewar apartments and stairwells that were never designed for the furniture going up them. Book through my profile and the job goes to a Help and Handy Certified independent professional: sometimes me, sometimes another certified pro on the platform, depending on the work and who is available. Every pro on this platform is background-checked, insured, and certified in the categories they take. Flat-rate pricing, quoted before anything starts. Clear communication. The job done right the first time.
